Since you should configure your profile in Mail in you windows, however, from you capture, the Mail doesn't exist on your Windows system. Please contact your IT admin to check your Windows System. And then create a new profile as my last post to check the issue. If you still cannot create a new profile after you have Mail in your computer, feel free to come back to us.
